CPR and AED Familiarisation Sessions

All proceeds used to donate an AED to Essex School or Sports Club
Since the Cardiac Arrest suffered by Christian Eriksen during the Denmark v Finland game we have seen a spike in interest from the general public wanting to learn how to administer life saving treatment in the event of someone suffering a Cardiac Arrest.
With this in mind, and the passion we as a company have for providing this crucial training we have decided to offer some CPR and AED Familiarisation courses, with all proceeds from the sessions being used to purchase a Defibrillator (and outdoor lockable cabinet if required) which will then be donated to an Essex School or Sports Club who do not currently have one on site.
The current out of hospital Cardiac Arrest survival rate is 10%. Every minute that passes before defibrillation there is a 10% less chance that a casualty will survive. Along with early defibrillation, good CPR throughout a Cardiac Arrest is also vital to achieving a positive outcome so the aim of these sessions will be to not only teach about what a defibrillator is and how they work, but to also teach CPR to give all those attending the confidence that they could act in an emergency situation.
The Sessions will include;
The cost of the sessions is £55.00 + VAT per person with 3 sessions planned for Saturday 26th June, Saturday 3rd July and Saturday 10th July.
To enter a School or Sports club into the draw which will be made at the end of the third session on Saturday 10th July simply share the post on Facebook and give the name of the School or Sports club in the comments**.

*Schools or Clubs must be based in Essex and not currently have an AED
**Only one ticket will be allocated per school or sports club so smaller settings are not at a disadvantage.

- Cardiac Arrest - What it is, recognition and treatment
- CPR
- AED's - What is an AED, how they work and how to use them
