First Aid Courses in Colchester, Chelmsford, Basildon & On Site in Essex for Individuals and Companies
ATH Training Group Ltd are proud to provide quality training at affordable prices to individuals and companies throughout Essex and neighbouring counties. We offer regular open First Aid courses in Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon or we can provide on site First Aid training for groups and companies.
The courses we deliver include Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3, First Aid at Work Level 3, Paediatric First Aid Level 3, Fire Safety Training Level 2, Manual Handling and Safeguarding Level 2. We are also able to provide more specific or specialist training such as AED (defib) or industry specific courses such as Forestry First Aid courses.
Our Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work courses a fully compliant for First Aid within the workplace and comply to HSE requirements as well as complying with the 2015 UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines.
Our Paediatric First Aid courses fully meet the requirements for childcare providers set out by Ofsted, EYFS and Sure Start and are suitable for anyone working within the childcare setting including schools, nurseries, pre schools, child minders, after school clubs, nannies and au pairs.
Anyone can complete our CPR and Basic Life Support courses, these are not workplace compliant but are suitable should you want to know what to do in an emergency situation, have a friend or family member who suffer from health problems or are a medical professional such as doctors, nurses and dental staff needing to complete your annual basic life support update.

After many years working in the health and fitness industry, I set up ATH Training in 2012. After 5 years of continuously growing the business we bought out Promed Training Ltd based in Colchester in July 2017. Since then we have merged Promed and ATH into ATH Training Group Ltd with Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon branches to date.
I firmly believe in quality training at affordable prices, and as a business we are confident that we deliver on both. Our courses are run in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and we ensure all learners are fully engaged in the training. We find the approach of putting an emphasis on having fun whilst learning what could be perceived as a complex subject works well and delegates leave, not only with the knowledge they require, but also the confidence that they could act in an emergency situation.
We are very lucky to have a fantastic team of trainers, who share our passion for First Aid and deliver our courses the ATH way.
