Safeguarding Courses in Colchester

Aimed at anyone who works in the childcare setting and is registered with Ofsted. 

This includes schools, nurseries, pre schools, toddler groups, child minders, nannies, au pairs and sport coaches teaching in primary schools.

The course is a minimum of 3 hours. Due to the fact the course is very much discussion based, the course can sometimes last longer than the stipulated times.

• Recognition and reporting
• Course summary

There is no formal assessment to pass this qualification. Our tutors will assess all delegates throughout the duration of the course.

There is either a mulpiple choice quiz or an open response paper which completed at various intervals throughout the course or at the end of the course as a group to recap the learning objectives.

Upon completion of the course delegates will receive a Level 2 certificate in Safeguarding of Children (Child Protection) valid for 3 years from the date of completion.

The awarding body for our vacational training qualifications (VTQ) is Pro Trainings Eu and for regulated (RQF) courses TQUK are the awarding body.
