Taking 2 days out of the working environment can be very tough for people working in the child care sector. This can also impact on families who also have to take time off work to care for their children whilst their child care completes their mandatory training.
By completing the 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid course as a blended course, day 1 is completed online, and then day 2 in the class room with Saturday courses available meaning no loss of income for self employeed child care workers.
Blended training fully meets Ofsted, EYFS and Sure Start requirements and allows delegates to complete day 1 in their own time, in small chunks saving progress as they go on smart phones, tablets or PC's.
As well as being very interactive, the online training also allows delegates to repeat any section of the course they feel did not sink in. Everybody is different, and for some people, the thought of having to ask a question in front of a group of strangers means they would sit in silence and possibly miss a vital piece of information. Completing the online part of the course, removes this and all delegates have access to the videos for 8 months after their course free of charge.
Please see the table below for the courses that can be completed either as a blended course or 100% online for the child care sector as well as an example of the online Paediatric First Aid online part. If you have any questions regarding the online aspects please do not hesitate to
