Regulated Paediatric First Aid Courses in Basildon

Aimed at anyone who works in the childcare setting and is registered with Ofsted. 

This includes schools, nurseries, pre schools, toddler groups, child minders, nannies, au pairs and sport coaches teaching in primary schools.

The course is a minimum of 12 hours completed in at leats 2 days. This can be consecutive days, split over a longer period or blended training where day 1 is completed online and day 2 in the classroom. 

Blended training is a great way to learn especially for people who struggle to miss 2 days of work. The online training can be completed in your own time on devices including smart phones, tablets and PC in small chunks saving progress as you go. To find out more about blended training contact us.

In all instances the maximum time from starting the course to completing is 6 weeks.

There is no formal assessment to pass this qualification. Our tutors will assess all delegates throughout the duration of the course.

There is an open response which is a multiple choice paper and can be completed at various intervals throughout the course or at the end of the course as a group to recap the learning objectives.

Upon completion of the course delegates will receive an OFQUAL Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) valid for 3 years from the date of completion.

The awarding body for our vacational training qualifications (VTQ) is Pro Trainings Eu and for regulated (RQF) courses TQUK are the awarding body.
